Terms of service

These terms govern your use of esim.entanglement.asia. The text below is a placeholder — please review with legal counsel before launch.

1. Service

esim.entanglement.asia is operated by Entanglement S.r.l. ("we", "our"). We resell prepaid mobile data eSIMs sourced from esimaccess.com. The eSIM is a digital SIM card delivered to your inbox as a QR code.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a phone that supports eSIM (see device compatibility). Activated eSIMs cannot be returned (the digital good has been consumed at activation).

3. Pricing & payment

Prices on the site are inclusive of any taxes due in Italy. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. We charge in EUR. Once payment succeeds we attempt to provision the eSIM with our upstream provider. If provisioning fails for technical reasons, we issue a full refund.

4. Validity & usage

Plan validity starts on first network connection in the destination, not at purchase. Speed, network type, and fair-use policies are listed on each plan card and are inherited from the upstream operator.

5. Refunds

Unactivated eSIMs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase per Italian consumer law. Activated eSIMs cannot be refunded. Top-ups are non-refundable once applied.

6. Reseller / partner programme

Resellers may earn a commission on each paid order originated under their /r/<code>/ URL. Commission percentage and payout terms are set per reseller; payout requests are subject to a minimum threshold and require a valid invoice. See the dedicated partner page.

7. Liability

We provide the service "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed flights, lost connectivity due to network outages on the upstream operator's side, or device incompatibility.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of competent venue at our registered office.
